Legal Treatises by Subject

A guide to U.S. legal treatises held by Tarlton and their locations in the library.

General Information

Materials on family law are generally located on the 4th floor (map).  Those materials dealing specifically with community property can be found in the call number range KF524 - KF532, and those dealing with marriage and divorce can be found at KF501 - KF553.  Resources on children and the law can be found at call numbers KF479 and KF540 - KF550.

Texas-specific family law resources are located in the 2nd floor reading room (map) at KFT1294 - KFT1306.
