Draft Analyzer compares the language in your draft to that of EDGAR exhibits to identify market standard language.

The Smart Forms tool (also called Automated Templates) allows users to build a document based on answers to an interactive questionnaire.

Intelligize provides access to primary documents related to securities disclosure, transactions, regulation, enforcement, and compliance. It includes the ability to search for SEC filings, which can provide transactional precedent.

PLI Plus is a research database from Practicing Law Institute that provides online access to all PLI Press publications, including legal forms. Use the Forms & Checklists tab on the homepage to search for forms extracted from PLI Press publications. You can also search for publications that may contain forms using the Books tab. Practice areas include corporate law, real estate, securities and other financial products, banking and finance, and bankruptcy and restructuring.

Practical Law provides guidance to support the legal research needs of practicing attorneys. It includes practice notes, standard clauses and documents, checklists, toolkits, state Q&As, and information about publicly filed deals. Resources are organized by practice area, sector, resource type, and jurisdiction. Practical Law also helps users create custom documents using Practical Law Automated Documents.

Westlaw's Form Builder provides access to up-to-date forms, and the Form Builder guides users through the form completion process using a series of questions. Forms are organized by jurisdiction and topic and include Texas-specific forms. Topics include bankruptcy, business organizations, business transactions solution, and real estate.

Westlaw's Drafting Assistant allows users to upload Word documents that the assistant analyzes. Of particular help in drafting transactional documents is the Deal Proof feature, which identifies potential errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in your draft.
