The full list of newspaper resources by title, region, and subject available to the UT community can be found here and on the UT Libraries Finding News and News Evaluation Library Guide.
Please find a complete list of UT databases here.
Additionally, please note that if you are accessing these databases off-campus, you may need to log in with your EID from the UT Libraries web page or through the UT proxy server. See the Off-Campus Connection Problems page for troubleshooting information.
These databases provide access to U.S. newspaper coverage from various periods through the twentieth century. They are especially useful for finding contemporary coverage of the colonial and post-Revolutionary periods, the Civil War, and the Civil Rights movement.
These databases exclusively provide access to foreign newspapers. Some focus on contemporary regional news, while others focus on historical coverage. The UT Library system provides access to these databases and other sources not covered on this page. For the complete list of newspaper databases, see this link.
