HeinOnline Current Index to Legal Periodicals (CILP) provides notice of new law review articles once they finally appear in print. You can set up your own customized alert by subject and/or journal title; look for "Create New SmartCILP User" link.
CILP is also available on Westlaw (unfortunately without hyperlinks); users can check the database or set up alerts.
