Student FAQs on Remote Library and Technology Support Services

The Tarlton Law Library’s physical facility is closed until further notice. Full information is available on the Tarlton website. While the Tarlton facility is closed, library personnel will continue to work remotely to ensure that information resources and services are available to UT Law School faculty and students. We are unable to respond to phone inquiries, but students with questions can contact the library's Circulation Desk via email at circ@law.utexas.edu.

This guide provides answers to common questions about how to access Tarlton services remotely during the period when the law library building is closed. For questions not answered here, please contact the Tarlton Reference Desk email, which is monitored during hours as noted on the Tarlton website.

The health and safety of all Tarlton patrons is our primary concern. We will follow all University directions and exercise best institutional hygiene practices and social distancing when the facility reopens.
