This database includes two components relating to labor and employment law, with one of general scope and the other focused on state law. The first includes CCH's Employment Law Daily news service, 12 newsletters/journals, CCH explanatory materials, 21 Aspen treatises, official agency manuals for the EEOC, NLRB, and the OFCCP, and comprehensive primary source materials. For cases, there are archives back to 1937, daily updates of case law in the Most Recent Federal and State Court Decisions database, and a comprehensive collection of Labor Arbitration Awards dating back to 1986. Practice tools include a chart-based Labor Arbitrator Biographies and Awards tool.
The second component includes coverage of state law news, law summaries, full text statutes and regulations, and important state case law. Practice tools include State and Federal Employment Law Compare, which allows users to customize charts comparing salient provisions of state and federal employment laws across more than 50 topics and 350 subtopics.
