NUMBER 22.

AN ORDINANCE,

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO DEFRAY THE PRINTING AND OTHER CONTINGENT EXPENSES OF THE CONVENTION.


Resolved, That the sum of six thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to defray the printing, and other contingent expenses of the Convention; and that the Secretary of the Convention be authorized and required to draw upon the State Treasurer for such amounts as may be necessary from time to time, upon the reports of the Committee as adopted by the Convention.
