     Fixing the per diem pay of Members and Officers of the Convention  
     Urging Congress to transfer certain powers from the Military Commander of the Fifth Military District to this Convention  
     For the furnishing of Paschal's Digest of the Laws of Texas to Committees, and opening the State Library to Members of the Convention  
     On printing two hundred copies of the Reconstruction Laws of Congress  
     For Special Committee to examine the administration and financial condition of the State Penitentiary  
     Authorizing the Secretary to order two thousand copies of the Austin Daily Republican, five hundred copies of the Tri-Weekly Free Press, and four hundred copies of the San Antonio Daily Express, for the use of the Members of this Convention  
     Dispensing with the reading of the Report of the Superintendent of Education  
     Permitting certain officers herein named to occupy seats upon the floor of the House

     Requesting the arrest of one C.C. Gillespie, Editor of Houston Telegraph, for advising the assassination of Morgan C. Hamilton and C. Caldwell.  
     Providing for the appointment of a committee to proceed to Millican for the purpose of investigating the recent disturbance, and appropriating 500 dollars for expenses of said Committee  
     Appropriating 500 dollars for the arrest of the attempted assassin of Judge Cooley  
     Appropriating 500 dollar to pay telegrams  
     Requesting the Congress of the United States to appoint a Committee to enquire into the condition of the State  
     Requesting Brevet Major-General J. J. Reynolds to appoint one or more Commissioned Officers to participate in the investigation of the Millican disturbance  
     For the payment of the per diem of Mr. Horne, a member of the Convention
