Like a whirlwind, another fiscal year has blown by, leaving these pages of the Tarlton Brief fluttering in its wake!
We would like to thank Richard Leiter, Chris Simoni, Malo Bernal, and Mark Giangrande for their generous assistance in compiling the 2005 Brief. Prestigious editors of the Brief have included Gwyn Anderson, Rhea Ballard-Thrower, Adrienne DeVergie, Rhonda Hankins, Pierrette Moreno, and Bob Nissenbaum.
