About the Library

The Library serves an academic community of over 1,300 full-time law students and 100 faculty members. We also welcome members of the University community and members of the public to use our facility, resources, and services. The staff is happy to provide reference and research assistance, as well as guidance in using the collection.

Exhibits
Tarlton Law Library develops both physical and online exhibits showcasing our collections of rare books and other special collections, as well as commemorating events in the history of the law school, Texas, and U.S. legal history with materials from our archival collections.
